PInarello Dogma 2025: Was this the worst bike launch ever?
A welcome refresh of Pinarello’s top-tier race bike. Updated aero properties, weight loss and slimmer in profile. All this while not losing an ounce of the typical Pinarello styling. Fast, light, nippy handling should make Ineos Grenadiers happy chaps while using it at this year’s Tour de France.

Remco Evenepoel's Specialized S-Works Shiv TT
Переглядів 5 тис.Місяць тому
We got to check out his time trial bike, a very swish-looking S-Works Shiv, a bike that certainly isn’t in any way, shape or form “stock”. Being World Champion for the second year, Soudal- Quick Step’s bike supplier, Specialized, haven’t held back in eaking out every avaliable watt from the machine. On top of that, they’ve also done a pretty good job and one of the more gorgeous custom paint sc...

This year's Giro has so far been an absolute cracker. Every stage has had something going on to grab the attention of us fans. It's been where - and I'm going to go out on a limb here - most of the cycling fan's eyeballs have been this past week. If that is the case for you and you're a tech head or even a SRAM fan, you should kick yourself, as over in the Basque Country, at the Women's Itzulia...

Forty-eight minutes, 18 seconds after Mathieu van der Poel crossed the line on the Roubaix Velodrome, race debutant race Cyrus Monk rolled in. In his second year with Q36.5 Pro Cycling, he was the final rider to cross the line; yes, outside the time limit, but he finished. If you watch the footage on the team’s social media sites channels, you can hear the cheers from those who hadn’t called it...

These are going on some fire clearance sale and now it is looking like a good deal.
You know , I can understand blood doping and cheating with the body. If you cheat by using a motor , it’s just disgusting.
Did my first everesting yesterday, took me 20 hours. How on earth can someone do it in 6😂😂😂
Love your channel brother! So good! So interesting!. So much fun too!😅 Awesome!
Tale bikes of this era over the fragile and expensive pap made for weight wieners you see bouncing around on central london pot holes in London on a Sunday.
I know its off topic, but i love the twill finish on the old school frames. I wish they'd bring that back.
Great sir
"... the only people - ever - outside the pro peloton to ride the Dogma in the rain!" LOL & absolutely true! Nicely balanced review - I feel I have a good understanding of the new bike. Not shoddy at all! (Shoddy, not shoddy)
Shoddy reminds me of Jackie Stewart when he talks.
Jackie Stewart is Scottish. Shoddy Dave is probably Mancunian (from Manchester)
actually from the Lake District
54cm is tall?
It seems strange to make such a point over the width of the handlebars when they offer so many different sizes...
just buy a Vanrysel and save 7k ….
54cm Bike is tall. 😂
I personally don’t live the trend of flat aero bars. Have them on my Venge. Just not as comfortable as round bars when riding uphill, imho.
Thanks Shoddy! 👍
LOL that headline. yikes
It would look much better with a black seat post.
All good, except for the rondoneur handle bars. 😏
Will they also update the F9 and F7?
Could you please hire a presenter who speaks english? Thank you
Piss off David.
Shoddy Rocks! 🪨👍 Wouldn't be the same...
it's called character, innit
He does speak english, he's from England.
What a joke!
17 cm stem? Geez, I remember Cannondales at the Coors Classic in the 1980's with crazy-length stems and screwball seatposts with aluminum bar stock welded on so the seat could be shoved back far enough to fit the poor guys (Team Crest?) who had to ride 'em. Some things never change?
Ridiculous
Are people still willing to pay 20k dollars for a bicycle?🤔
Yes.
Rich have got richer
@@Penalist not people.. but morons
Yes!
Obviously pinarello hasn't gone broke
What a class act , they all speak French
How come Wout is using a 54 cm when he’s 190cm tall?
This looks more like wout van quang to me 💀
Question- the spindle is straight. The line from the first MTP joint to the fifth is on a diagonal. Wouldn’t that make the heels kick out if you want the spindle under both? What do you do if you can’t adjust the cleat to get the right position? New shoes?
What's higher, the saddle-bar drop, or the presenter's hair??
amazing my friend, what is your size and the framesize?
Size 54, and I'm still riding it. - Dave
Didn’t mention anything about hybrid disc brakes, informative video though
Too expensive and no dealer network to speak of here in the US
Dude looks like the warden in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang with the mobile prison cell . New prisoner . Cheers . 😊
I'll take that as a compliment, great film - Dave
Now was the choice of Journeyer nothing more than a PC choice?
This thing should be about $5000 when compared to a motorcycle value.
Simple, clear and precise explanaition. Good job 👌👌👌
First of all, you almost never have to worry about breaking your cables on a mechanical shifter. I have a 12yr old bike and never replaced the shifter cable and still doing fine. Second, truing your mechanical gears isn't an issue once you learn how to do it yourself. Third, who cares about a little more pressure on the levers? Buttons are more likely to fail than mech levers on rigorous use. Fourth, bulky and heavy derailleurs plus the batteries. Have tried them both and the only issue I have with mechs is that the clicking sounds are too loud, your opponent hears what you intend to do during a race.
Beautiful.
The analogy of this bike with such aero aesthetic is an overweight amateur with beer belly wearing TT attire hoping to slice the wind easily
What brand are the bags?
To everyone saying it's not 100% foolproof...that is true, but most thieves will just move onto an easier target. Obviously you shouldn't be locking up your $10k carbon road bike in a bad neighborhood. The problem with this test is that he's holding it in a position that wouldn't be possible if the bike was locked to your average bike rack. The real test is to lock a bike up to a rack and try to cut it. It's going to be a lot harder to keep the lock steady then.
I think I get a certain amount of tactile feedback with mechanical brakes opposed to hydraulic brakes. I've been in some extremely dangerous situations where it was more about the range of the pressure once engaged, than purely locking the wheels. Sometimes you want to sllow down but not lock your wheels because then you don't stop, you skid and knowing exactly how much more or less to engage the front brake, rear brake, of both simultaneously does more than keep you from a spill. It can save your life. I was so close to getting impaled from a splintered fallen tree that it ripped through my t-shirt, about about an inch from my kidney snd I saw it, hit my brakes, realized I needed more pressure to totally lock the rear wheel to initiate a skid that gave me that extra little clearance to avoid the wooden spike and it all happened in less than 1.5 seconds. It was skill, not luck but I wouldn't have been able to do it on hydraulics because you don't feel any "feedback" and that feedback can save your ass like it saved my kidney..
more details to add to your future "reviews"..!) Will the wheels themselves handle up thru mtb tire width, (give width of tire range the wheels will accept)or is it just the clearance of the fork and frame ? 2) Is there enough cable slack that this bike can be packed into a bike bag (such as an Evoke etc.)with handlebars removed for flights, etc. without completely disconnecting the cables?. These two key bits of information are completely over neglectedby almost all the youtube reviewers yet they are needed for an educated purchase of a gravel bike that will be transported on flights, trains, buses, etc, and used on a variety of terrain in competition.
lindo vídeo e boa sorte
What helmet is the that?
